The Federal Group is committed to protecting your personal information and giving you choice in how it can be used. We believe that our Privacy Policy represents industry best practice. Many of The Federal Group's operations allow you to interact with us anonymously, such as our bar, dining, entertainment, tourism, conference and gaming facilities. The Federal Group generally obtains your personal information, such as your name, address and contact details, where required to provide accommodation, hotel, entertainment, Rewards Club and Health Club Services.

Video Surveillance

We are committed to providing a secure environment for all visitors to our properties. Our premises and their surroundings are under constant surveillance. Surveillance video is only retained for a specific period of time except where its retention for a longer period is required to assist the investigation of unlawful, suspicious activities or defence of claims against the Group.

Details of suspected illegal and undesirable activities are shared with other members of the Australian Casino Association, law enforcement bodies and regulatory bodies such as Tasmanian Gaming Commission.
